Valentine has a diverse and valuable background in the investment sector, spanning 7 years in deal reviews and financial modelling, public equity research, impact investment, and transaction advisory and fundraising.
Prior to Kenya Climate Ventures, Valentine worked as an Investment Officer at SIMA Funds where she focused on impact investing within the East African energy sector by evaluating investment opportunities that align with both financial objectives and a positive social or environmental impact.
Valentine has a B.Sc. in Economics from Kenyatta University and has passed level 2 of the CFA program.
