Mary has over 17 years of experience in business development, investment, financial management, credit management, risk and portfolio management and quality assurance.
Prior to joining Kenya Climate Ventures, Mary worked as part of senior management at Rafiki Microfinance Bank, Rezial Digital Institute and Equity Bank, driving compliance, credit portfolio management, implementation and closure of audit and risk recommendations, formulation and implementation of customer service standards and guidelines.
Mary has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Kenya Methodist University and a Diploma in Banking from Kenya School of Monetary Studies.
Mary has a passion for impact investing and nature.
